Is there a minimum to order?
There’s no minimum! We can send you as few or as many items as you want.

If a client requests a special design, can you produce it?
For contract projects of a 100 or more items we can make a special development. Mold Fees and other charges apply, ask a sales consultant for details.

Are all NICHEO products for indoor and outdoor use as well?
We offer both indoor and outdoor in almost all of our products. But it’s important for us to know if you need them for indoor or outdoor use, as each version is produced differently. (Extra charges may apply to outdoor versions.)

How does customization works?
We have around 17 different finishes and 30 different covers to choose from in a range of 180 products.
What is the Warranty on POLaRT?
We offer a 3-year structural warranty on the frames of indoor products only.

Abuse and wear and tear are not covered. Warranty details are provided with each order.

What are your payment conditions?
To confirm all orders we require 50% payment with the balance due a week before delivery.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by Credit Card visa/mastercard/Amex or bank transfer.
What is the lead- time for receiving my order?
Lead-time is 6-8 weeks from the moment the order is placed to delivery.
Does NICHEO have a delivery service?
We work with a freight company, who can deliver to commercial addresses with a loading dock all around the US.
Residential deliveries and extra charges (liftgate, inside delivery) need to be quoted.
For international deliveries we typically ship by container. (Please ask for policies)
Am I going to know when my order will arrive?
Yes, you will be notified of your order status every step of the way. From production to delivery date.

Freight charge
On orders below 2,000 USD, 420 USD minimum freight fee is charged.
For orders exceeding 2,000 USD, freight is included on your invoice at 18-21% of the total order, depending on the destination.

How are items packed?
Items are packaged in foam padding, legs padded in cardboard, and wrapped in plastic. Boxing and crating for overseas exportation are provided (depending on dimensions).
Will I receive all the items on my order at the same time?
Yes, we send all the items of your order in one delivery unless client requests otherwise.

Do you keep stock?
Yes, we have a limited amount of stock pieces. Ask a sales rep for the available products.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

POLaRT Frames and Vinyl upholstery can be cleaned in the same way as leather or with a commercial cleaner developed especially for cleaning vinyl. The best way to clean vinyl upholstery is with baking soda on a cloth, followed by a light washing with dishwashing liquid. Never use oil; it will harden the upholstery. Staining and soiling exposures are common to upholstery fabrics; most stain and soiling may be removed by using the simple cleaning methods that follow:

Frame cleaning can be done with water, mild dish detergent or car wash soap, and a terry cloth or microfiber towel. As the frames are of polyurethane (plastic) they only require light cleaning and little to non maintenance. For Gloss finishes, to restore gloss and buff out light scuffmarks use car wax: apply, buff, and wipe clean with microfiber towel.

Upholstery:
A solution of 10% liquid dish soap with warm water applied with a soft damp cloth will remove most soiling.
If necessary, a solution of liquid cleanser and water applied with a soft bristle brush. Wipe away the residue with a water-dampened cloth.

NOTE: To restore luster, a light coat of spray furniture wax can be used. Apply for 30 seconds and follow with a light buffing using a clean white cloth.
